For most users, KYC is a roadblock. It’s tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating—especially for young gamers who just want to dive into the action. In Victory League, a gaming app designed for India’s passionate youth, we saw this firsthand. Many players, especially from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, dropped off during the KYC process, leading to lost engagement and lower activation rates.
The challenge? How do we transform a dull compliance process into an intuitive, engaging, and even fun experience?
